Pablo and Emilee are the two owners of FKA Swamiji, now known as Sourdough Nation. They are best recognized for doing one of the tastiest and organic an all-vegan sourdough pizza. They also do a Gluten Free sourdough crust and sourdough garlic knots. There’s a dessert bar on the menu called the Krack bar ( organic peanut butter, sprouted Rice Krispie treat with superfoods, chocolate and sweetened only with dates and maple syrup).

All Sourdough Nation, it is a little bit of everything from the plant-based meats, cheeses, and sauces which are all made in house. They source the highest quality ingredients they can find, and their food really is incredible. Check this pop-up shop at events and farmer’s markets.

 

 

 

Smokey Chicken Pizza

One of their best dishes on the menu is a Smokey chicken Pizza. Their recipe for the chicken is as follows:

1 can organic (nature’s forest brand) jackfruit

2 tablespoon organic olive oil

2 tablespoon coconut aminos

1 tablespoon organic tamari

1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Drain jackfruit, with the back of knife or cleaver, mash each piece of jackfruit, add dry and wet ingredients. Marinate overnight. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
